Delicious fruit dessert; can also be made with strawberries, using
strawberry jello and frozen strawberries, drained a bit.
- 1 stick plus 1 Tbs. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbs. sugar
Crumble together like pie crust and pat evenly in bottom of 9" x 13"
Bake 325' for 15 min. Do not overbake.
- 2 - 8 oz/ pkg. creamed cheese
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Soften creamed cheese and work in powdered sugar and stir in
Cool Whip. Spread evenly over cooled crust.
- 2 pkg. raspberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 small boxes frozen raspberries, thawed
Dissolve jello in boiling water; add raspberries and let set until
slightly thickened. Pour over creamed cheese mixture.
Chill, cut and serve. Delicious. Serves 15-20.
