Ground Turkey Hamburgers
If you want to exchange ground turkey for that fatty ground beef, try this. -Katherine Schweers
- Ground turkey (about a pound or 1 1/2 lbs.)
- 2 tbs. horseradish
- 1/3 lb. cheddar cheese diced
- 2 scallions
- Palm full of grilled seasoning
- Mix ground turkey with other ingredients.
- Grill the turkey-burgers.
- On the bun, put mustard, lettuce and cranberry...YES, cranberry! It is wonderful.
