Cuban Beans and Rice



  1. Saute onion and celery
  2. Add spices; stir and fry lightly
  3. Add black beans and a little water or tomato sauce.
  4. Cover; simmer until mixture is heated thoroughly. Stir.
  5. Add a bit of salsa; heat.
  6. Serve on rice or a tortilla
  7. Sprinkle with chopped onions and red bell pepper.
