Carrot Cake

This is the MOST delicious carrot cake I've ever had; one of our Garfield teachers makes it once a year and we finish it before the end of our first break. The frosting is delicious and easy to make. This is for a day when you don't feel like counting calories. --Jo


Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat sugar and oil and whip while heating.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Bake 30-40 min. at 350' in lightly greased 9" x 13" pan.

Frosting:

Whip until creamy. Frost cake.
