Kristin's Bumbleberry Crisp

This is Kristin's recipe and it is absolutely delicious. You can use fresh or frozen fruit.


Ingredients:

Filling:

Topping:

Instructions:

  1. Mix fruit with 2 cups sugar and 1/3 cup flour.
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with oil and spread fruit mixture in it.
  3. For topping: mix other ingredients with margarine and sprinkle over fruit.
  4. Bake at 375' for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn down oven to 350' and bake about 30 more minutes.

*May substitute apples for rhubarb, but then decrease the sugar.
