Brazilian Fruit Dessert
Phyl sent in this dessert recipe from Brazil.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fruit juice concentrate, preferably passion fruit
(I used frozen passion fruit+guava+orange)
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- equal amount (about 1 1/4 cup) sour cream
- cut fruit, fruit glaze, whipped cream for topping
- BLEND WELL.
- Pour into dessert bowls, refrigerate to set.
- Top with cut fruit, add a fruit glaze or whipped cream, etc. to taste
