Banana Shake

This is an easy and healthy shake for anyone. - Kristin



  1. Add vanilla and milk to the banana in a container with a lid. Add yogurt or ice cream now if desired.
  2. Shake container until shake is well mixed.
  3. Makes 1 serving and is 176 calories without the yogurt or ice cream.
  4. If desired, you can do all of this in a blender.
