This is an easy and healthy shake for anyone.
- 1 mashed, ripe banana
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- optional, 1/2 C. plain yogurt or 1/2 C. vanilla ice cream
- Add vanilla and milk to the banana in a container with a lid. Add yogurt
or ice cream now if desired.
- Shake container until shake is well mixed.
- Makes 1 serving and is 176 calories without the yogurt or ice cream.
- If desired, you can do all of this in a blender.
