Hot Chocolate Mix

This makes a very delicious hot chocolate that is easy to make and fun to drink on cold winter days, like we have in Illinois. Have your mom or dad help you mix up the recipe, and then you can make the chocolate with hot water on your own. -Jo

Ingredients:

• 8 qt. instant milk
• 1 lb. Nestle's Quick
• 6 oz. jar coffeemate/pream
• 1 cup sifted powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large plastic container. You can adjust the recipe to your own taste. (I like a little more coffeemate and powdered sugar.)
2. Cover the container tightly with a lid.
3. When you're thirsty for hot chocolate, stir 1/3 cup of the mixture into a cup of hot water. If you like it hotter than tap water, heat your water a bit in the microwave and then stir the chocolate mix into it. Enjoy!
